About the Creator
Diarmuid (41) slowly going more grey by the week has been working as a rehabilitation specialist with numerous athletes and National & International sports teams ( Emirates Rugby 7’s - NZ & Ireland Touch Rugby – GAA) for the last 17 years Having worked in Ireland UK Australia and New Zealand I now work as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist consulting in Private Practice and Private Hospitals in Dublin With a passion for the rehabilitation side of physio I completed Masters in Sports Medicine along with a Diploma in Strength and Condition and opened Resync Physiotherapy in 2017. The aim was to focus solely on the rehabilitation aspect of recovery integrating the latest performance testing equipment in the clinic to help guide rehabilitation programs for his athletes This was a massive hit and has grown extensively to a team of Physiotherapists Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning coaches who run our ReSync 360 rehab program. With the success of the clinic treating over 9000 people I am now bringin the ReSync 360 program Online to providing a tailored and structured rehab program that is proven to help athletes get over the most stubborn injuries. This free mobility program is the first step of bringing it online With two kids and his life changed forever he understands the recovery path can be bumpy but having a laugh along the way is always important.
